Happy new year...again!

Hello and a happy Saturday to you!!! Are you resting? We were up bright and early this morning for Emily's first day back at ballet after the Christmas holidays. Today's plans are to recover from the first week back of everything and to achieve a bit of housework really. You?

Day 31 in my JYC... Steve had to be up early for work on new years day so we didn't do anything to celebrate. I scrapbooked and then was in bed before midnight.

Happy new year! I spent the morning making things with Adam and Emily and then when Steve was home from work we all went round to Steve's mum and dad's for our new years day dinner... another tradition we love. It was nice knowing I didn't have to get up early the next day for work... which I normally do {apologies if you had to!}.

Are you bored yet? I've gone from one extreme to the other haven't I? No blogging to blogging daily, I really am going to try to keep blogging more this year!

2nd January 2015: My Favourite Christmas moments.....

At the beginning of December I went to a wreath making class with my sister and I really enjoyed it. My sister belongs to the Young Farmers association so gets to do all these neat workshops where she makes all kinds of things and this time I got to gate crash! I even helped her pick out her Christmas tree!

We have so many traditions we like to keep so I decided to make a list of the ones we kept {that I could remember quickly} this year.

Remember for next year... Just enjoy!

I didn't want to make a list of what didn't go well or what I would change etc. because we just enjoyed it. The way it was. If I was forced to answer though, it would be for Steve to NOT be working but we made it Christmas and all had fun. So, my advise to myself for next year is simply... Just enjoy!!

Ok, two to go!

Packing up the Christmas decorations!! I can't believe it took hours to put them up and only just over an hour to take it all down again, madness! I still managed to forget one thing as well! For a few days after we still had the word CHRISTMAS hanging on our wall! Oops!

...well that says it all really!

I've been thinking a lot about my blog lately and how to re-vamp it a little so be sure to look out for some changes happening around here soon!

Speak soon.
