**Storytelling Sunday - Togetherness**

Adam was 20 months old when he met Emily for the first time, there was an instant bond between the two and although a few days later Adam wanted Emily to go back where she came from he would now be lost without her.

They are the best of friends and do everything together, they play games nicely until one of them gets bored (in this case Adam, hence Emily in handcuffs!!) then they go their separate ways... but not for long!

I adore how close they really are and Adam will look out for Emily. They hold hands when crossing the road, Adam will get Emily a tissue when her nose is running and they like to hold hands walking to, and through, the school.

Even through yesterday's pirate games the bond was clear with the way they were looking out for each other and holding hands through the treasure hunt.

I love these kiddos!

Ah my Ewok & Princess are about that much apart as well. There is a definite bond between close in age siblings. Definitely a precious!

I remember being gr8 with my sister when we were small, it was as we got older the issues arose. However we are now gr8 sisters, I don't know where I'd be without her as since I've been ill our roles of big sister and lil sister have reversed,

How perfectly precious this is! Having spent yesterday with my sister I'm feeling very grateful for a close family and I just know that bond they have will stand them in good stead in adult life. You've done a great job as a Mum if they care for each other like that, I reckon :)

My eldest two are 15 months apart and they had this same bond as young children. Both being boys they are now a little more competitive as teenagers and I am hoping that they grow out of it and become just as close again.
