*the pick of the {scrapbooking} crop*

Long gone are the days where Adam will smile for the camera upon request, now that he can speak we get the reply 'no more mummy' or sometimes just a plain no! Last year he went through a phase of performing quite well and if you put the camera in front of him he would say 'cheese' with a great big Wallace and Gromit grin:

I didn't want to put any journaling on this page when I did it but I am now thinking of writing on the photo at the bottom....what do you think? I still have to add the date.

At the bottom of Grandma and Grandad's garden is a swinging chair. Adam loves to sit and swing, singing away at the same time..... On this occasion Adam didn't sing, he just listened.

This layout was a little out of my comfort zone as I do not usually use a background like this but I am pleased with the result.

Emily used to have her own bath time in a baby bath, as she grew it became easier to do bath time together...and more fun for them!
Bath time was over and the small people were drying off all wrapped up....

.......snug as a bub in a rug!

I would journal on Adam's page - but I always journal so I can't imagine a page without lots of writing - BUT, the page certainly stands alone ... do what you have time for I say!

Such great pages,Rachel.
I tend to journal on pages far more now than I used to....I think the little bit you've blogged above Emily's page would be perfect written on the page.

Great pages Rachel! I don't think you need journaling on the top one unless you really want to - i think the title says it all really.

Love that pic of adam and his grandad, so sweet.

And the layout of emily after bathtime is adorable, I love the alphas you chose for the title, they work perfect together!

Your pages are great Rachel, but what I really like the most are the photos. Each layout showcases a wonderful priceless photo. I like the way you used a larger photo in the first layout.
