The kitchen.....

Yes the kitchen is finished, It was actually finished on the 1st but I had to wait for paint to dry before I could accessorise then I had other bits to do..... Anyway here it is *warning photo heavy*

This is the main feature wall:

...and my other secret feature wall:

Notice a bit of a coffee theme?

...and the rest:

I had to add in another one of New York with the table and chairs, please ignore the bag of Christmas cards on the chair - just realised I forgot to move them!

........................

Day 4:

I took up Shimelle's challenge of drawing, it has been a while since I have done any drawing so I really enjoyed this.

The tree page is yesterday's journaling:

I decided to add the journaling card on the back of this page, I have added the journaling now about a perfect Christmas. It is about Steve having to work.

Yesterday's film:

I was looking through my old blog posts and last year the Grinch fell on the 3rd - the same as this year. Weird!

I'm off for a bowl of soup - Ta ta for now.

Oh wow Rachel, that kitchen is FANTASTIC! You have worked so hard on it and it is so original - I love it (and am now deeply ashamed of my own!).
Those shelves are packed full of loveliness, how do you keep 2 small children out of mischief???

Um ... wow!!! How awesome is your kitchen ..... actually, ours will be quite similar colour wise for the main part - just no fabulous feature walls and our benchtops will be a lighter colour. It has come together beautifully Rachel - I bet you love it!
