Almost 2!

.....My blog that is, not Adam and definitely not Emily! Lol! I started my blog almost two years ago after I had purchased the JYC class. The birthday of my blog also coincides with my actual birthday which is next week.

So I thought I would do a little giveaway to celebrate, all you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me how long you have had your blog and what made you decide to get one. I will draw one name on the 27th November (my blogs birthday, not mine) at 8pm GMT and here is the prize:

  • An 8x8 patterned paper pad
  • a ribbon spool
  • chipboard pretties
  • Making memories sticker alphas
  • a book of rub ons
  • 4 chipboard handbags
Good luck everyone

Now, back to business:

Emily's cardy is finished:

I took a couple of days break in between knitting this and starting my new project as I had to wait for these beauties to arrive in the post:

How festive! That's a clue!
Ta ta x x

Happy birthday to you and your blog! :-) Lovely to catch up with you at last, I've missed your photos and projects and snippets about your family suring my Ofsted exile....

I've had my blog for almost 15 months now, and it's all Shimelle's fault ;-) I wanted somewhere to share my LSNED '09 project with people, so I began blogging!

I can't believe I've been blogging that long! It was due to joining a Shimelle class and I remember being amazed that people started leaving me comments - who'd have thought it?
How time flies when you are enjoying yourself. Happy Birthday Rachel B's blog - keep blogging!

That wool is gorgeous - the colours are so rich. And Emily's cardigan is so pretty with the flowers.

I started my blog very slightly over a year ago because of Blogging For Scrapbookers. Happy second birthday to your blog - I hope you keep going for many more years to come!

The cardie is gorgeous Rachel, I am so impressed with what you have done!
I've had my blog for 12 months - well, just over now .... count me out of the drawing please, currently I have no where to store paper goodness :-( Actually, I am itching to use paper supplies again but I have to be patient and wait for the boxes to be unpacked - sometime in the forever future it feels like!
Happy Birthday to you and the blog :-)

Lovely knitted cardigan - super sweet flowers. I'm a November birthday too - so happy birthday to you and your blog. I started my blog in April 2009 after finishing up Get Organized Be Inspired class at Big Picture. I wanted to show off my newly organized studio; and I'm so glad blogging keeps me meeting new friends all the time.

I love your blog hun and I blame you for me becoming obsessed with mine and losing hours blog hopping between loads of others. You helped me to create my blog in January of this year, so almost my blog birthday :)

Love the cardigan by the way and can't wait to see the finished kitchen.

Beautiful cardy, love the roses. I've had my blog since June 2007 so 41 months! I started it so that I had somewhere to share all my craft projects with my friends. Been reading your blog since last year's JYC, really inspired by your album - can't wait to see what you create this year :)

Happy Blogoversary! And Happy Birthday for next week :-)
Love the cardi and looking forward to seeing what you make with the wool.

I've been blogging since 2005 just before we left the UK to come to NZ to share our travel stories and life in NZ with friends and family. Life has changed a fair bit since then and I have had my current (new) blog only a share stories of my life as a new mummy!

Love Emily's cardi! Happy Blogoversary and Birthday - thank you for the chance for a giveaway. I've only had my blog a few months - I decided to take the plunge as a kind of diary - it works and I love it! I have met so many lovely people through blogging xx

Oh my gosh, Rachel, that little sweater is just TOO cute and precious!

Happy blog birthday (and happy birthday to you too!). My blog turned 2 yesterday. I started my blog as a way to share photos of my crafts with my family. It has definitely morphed into something that I'd never have suspected - friends, followers, connections. I love it!

So, congrats on two years of blogging! And thanks for the chance to win a prize.

Gorgeous cardigan for your baby girl! You've made me want a baby girl and to learn how to knit. : ) Happy Blog birthday! I've had a blog for over two years now even though I was forced to change my blog address because my iWeb software crashed. I started a blog when I moved to Beijing to keep in touch with family & friends.

Happy Birthdays, Rachel. I think of you when I'm in Paperchase as I so often looked there for your JYC reindeer, without success.

I'm so pleased you asked how long we've blogged as I've just discovered I started my blog on 22nd November 2005, to keep up with Altered Book friends. So my blog will be five years old in two days time and I hadn't realised.

what beautiful crafting! I have had my blog for about 18 months but to begin with I really didn't want anyone to know about it and tried to keep it secret... not really sure why as I have made so many friends through blogging now! Thanks for offering such yummy candy xxx

That cardigan is gorgeous; the flowers are amazing. I so admire people who can knit more than a scarf!

My blog is over five years old now. My son-in-law encouraged me to start one on his first visit to our house and set me up on Type-pad. I was hoping it would make me more reflective about my life, but it's ended up being much more about papercrafting and photography than journaling.

Oooh just scraped in here Rachel. I have had my blog since June 9th 2010. I made it to share stuff with a couple of crafting friends never dreaming that anyone else would read it! It has become something I love, & takes me away from a sometimes stressful day. x
