Delicious Fudge!

I haven't been to Canterbury in such a long time, every time I go there though I can't resist the fudge shop! They sell the most creamiest delicious fudge ever, it is expensive - but we all deserve a treat every now and then! My favourite flavour is the Belgian chocolate and vanilla flavour. They sell it in slabs and even give you a little fork in case you get peckish before you get home! Which I normally do!

Is anyone else obsessed with fudge too? What is your favourite fudge flavour?

I can only eat fudge in little ickle amounts - but this is good as it makes it last ages! My fave flavour is mint choc.

Yum!! I absolutely LOVE fudge! I prefer just the plain old chocolate fudge, but will occasionally crave it with a little marshmallow and walnuts mixed in. I recently learned that fudge should never be put in the fridge. I never knew that......and I thought I new everything about chocolate:)

That looks so yummy ... I've made fudge a couple of times - a caramel sort and a very yummy white choc, macadamia and lime zest one - sounds unusual but it is delicious!

I love fudge and would happily eat it until I felt sick! Any flavour as long as it's crumbly. Congratulations are in order too I see!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm fudge.........

I *love* proper handmade vanilla. I make my own chocolate from a special no-boil recipe. I also love mint-choc. And Baileys. And white choc with cranberries. Mmmmm mmmmmmm!!

Oh, now I'm spoilt for choice. Favourite flavour ... let me think ... well, I love chocolate and I love fudge so chocolate fudge would be pretty high on my list but standard vanilla is probably my favourite. I do make my own as I like a slight crumby texture to it and you don't always get that in shop bought fudge. But it's time consuming to make and so when I do make it , it's a real treat! Having read your blog I have a real need for fudge, and that plateful would go down a treat!

Fudge is fabulous but I can only eat really sweet things like this a little at a time. I think if I had to choose that Snicker Fudge that my best friend makes would be my choice.
